✅ General Terms

• Maximum number of guests: 4 people (suite) / 2 people (studio)

• Check-in hours: between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

• Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.

• Quiet hours: from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. — please respect the neighborhood and other residents.

• Security deposit: A €590 deposit must be paid before arrival. It is refunded within 48 hours after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the premises. This deposit does not limit the guest's liability in the event of major damage or serious violations.

  
  

🚫 Not Allowed

• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors, regardless of the substance.

• No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed.

• Commercial photography, filming, or video content is forbidden without prior written consent.

• No pets allowed, except certified service animals (with official proof).

• No external visitors are permitted at any time.

• No persons under the age of 15 are allowed on the property, even if accompanied.

• Unattended children are strictly prohibited in all areas of the property.

The presence of any unauthorized guest will lead to:

• Immediate termination of the stay without refund,

• Mandatory eviction from the property,

• Full financial liability for any damages incurred,

• Possible intervention by security services or third-party legal witnesses.

  
  

⚠️ The property accepts no liability in the event of accidents, particularly in case of failure to respect safety instructions, guest supervision, or restricted access rules.

🧼 Cleanliness and Maintenance

• Please remove your shoes indoors. Washable slippers (Birkenstock) are provided.

• Food and drinks are permitted only at the designated table with stools.

• Please leave the premises tidy:

  • Dishes cleaned and stored,

  • No food residue or excessive dirt,

  • Dirty laundry placed in the provided basket,

  • Trash bins emptied if full.

    
    

⚠️ In the case of excessive dirtiness or obvious disregard of house rules, additional cleaning fees between €30 and €100 may be deducted from the deposit.

🛏️ Equipment

• Slippers, bed linens, bedding, and soap bottles remain the property of the guesthouse.

• Any damage or missing items will be charged at replacement value.

  
  

🚪 Common Areas and Security

• The shared lounge is available from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. only.

• The front gate remains locked at night — do not force or block it.

  
  

🍽️ Breakfast

• Served between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

• Reservation required the day before by 11:00 a.m

🔐 Personal Data & Legal Obligations

• In accordance with French law and for security reasons, guest identity may be verified upon arrival and temporarily stored.

• All data is handled confidentially, in compliance with the GDPR, and is deleted once it is no longer required.
